Agreement to Terms

By engaging MakZiN Media Inc. for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

MakZiN Media Inc. provides software development, web development, mobile application development, cloud consulting, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Project Agreements

All projects will be governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work that will detail:

Scope of work and deliverables
Project timeline and milestones
Payment terms and schedule
Intellectual property rights
Confidentiality provisions

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
Late payments may incur additional fees
Projects may be paused for overdue payments

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. Pre-existing code, libraries, and frameworks remain the property of their respective owners.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business data, and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent.

Limitation of Liability

MakZiN Media Inc.'s liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
